Reflections can be intriguing to work with drawing. Recording the visual information found in reflections requires a lot of investigating and observation. To understand how to handle reflections, set up a still like that includes a mirror as well some drapery or household objects. Look closely at the edges of the actual objects. Are the edges of the reflected objects different? Are there other differences between the objects and their reflections? Develop the reflective qualities by using high contrast in dark's and lights. After working successfully with the mirrors try other subject matter to expand your drawing vocabulary with reflections. Possible Subjects:
Chrome Bumpers
Musical instruments
